Core Science Concepts | Year 9 & Year 10 Focus
The Core Paper 1 GCSE Course focuses on the core scientific concepts that form the essential building blocks of GCSE Science and covers approximately 50% of the GCSE content. These are typically covered in Year 9 and Year 10 and provide the fundamental knowledge students need in Biology, Chemistry, and Physics. Students can opt to attend live lessons, or access pre-recorded lessons if unable to attend live lessons.
Biology: Cell Biology, Organisation, Infection and Response, Bioenergetics
Chemistry: Atomic Structure, Structure and Bonding, Quantitative Chemistry, Chemical Changes, Energy Changes
Physics: Energy, Electricity, Particle Model of Matter, Atomic Structure
